Medicare Advantage Plans:

• HMO  PLANS

  Affordable fixed premium costs that offer benefits in addition to  Original Medicare. Usually has a network of physicians, hospitals and ancillary services. Can cover annual screenings at no charge in many cases. Predicatable co-pays make budgeting easier. Plans require referrals to a specialist.

• PPO PLANS

  Freedom to choose from Doctors that accept Medicare but also provide additional savings by using a network of providers. Referrals to specialists are not mandatory. Co-pays and routine physicals are typically affordable under these plans.

•  PFFS PLANS

   Private Fee-For-Service Plans allow you to receive healthcare from any Doctor who accepts Medicare and also accepts the terms and conditions of the plan.
